Optional Component Scheme
Under this scheme, residents can choose to have the following optional fittings and finishes for their selected flats:
- Decorative semi-solid timber doors for bedrooms
- Laminated semi-solid timber doors for bathrooms/WC
- Ceramic tiles with timber skirting for living/dining/bedroom floors
The purchaser of a flat can opt for one of various combinations:
- All of the above
- None of the above
- 1 and 2 only
- 3 only
I opted for all of the above and paid an additional S$5,500 ($1,800 for five doors and $3,700 for floor finishes). This amount was added to the selling price of the flat.
