Predator(s): man hunting them for their thick fur, meat & canine teeth for jewelry

Adaptation: use its snout & sensitive whiskers to feel for food on the ocean floor
Diet: clams, snails, shrimps, worms, mussels, sea cucumbers & sometimes young seals
Predator(s): polar bears, orca & man hunting them for fat, meat & tusks for jewelry & artifacts

Adaptation: locates its prey under the snow by hearing then leaps so that it can break through the snow to catch it
Diet: lemming, vole, birds & leftovers from seals killed by polar bears
Predator(s): man hunting them for their fur

Predator(s): cubs may be killed by mountain lions, wolves & other bears

Diet: birds, plants, squirrels, hares, carrion & caribou
Predator(s): man hunting them for their fur

Predator(s): cubs may be killed by golden eagle & horned owl
